All services are subject to a written estimate or contract agreed upon by both parties before work begins.
All estimates provided by Toms River Roofing Pros are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing. Estimates are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection. Additional costs may arise if hidden damage is discovered during the course of work. Any additional costs will be communicated to the homeowner for approval before proceeding.
Payment terms are specified in each individual contract. We accept cash, check, credit card, and approved financing. A deposit may be required for certain projects as outlined in the contract.
Toms River Roofing Pros provides a 10-year workmanship warranty on all roof installations and a 5-year workmanship warranty on all repairs, unless otherwise specified in the contract. This warranty covers defects in labor and installation. It does not cover damage caused by acts of nature, improper maintenance, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
Manufacturer warranties on materials are separate from our workmanship warranty and are governed by the manufacturer terms. We assist with all warranty claims and provide documentation necessary for manufacturer warranty registration.
When assisting with insurance claims, Toms River Roofing Pros acts as your roofing contractor and advocate, not as a public adjuster or insurance representative. We provide documentation, meet adjusters, and support the claims process, but we do not guarantee claim approval or specific payout amounts. Final claim decisions are made by your insurance company.
Project scheduling is based on material availability, weather conditions, and crew schedules. While we make every effort to meet projected timelines, delays may occur due to weather, supply chain issues, or unforeseen circumstances. We communicate any schedule changes promptly.
By engaging our services, you grant our crew reasonable access to your property for the purpose of completing the contracted work. This includes roof access, attic access when necessary, and staging areas for materials and equipment.
Toms River Roofing Pros liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service or project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This limitation does not apply to claims arising from gross negligence or willful misconduct.
